Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love everything you order from us. But in the rare case you’re not fully satisfied, we’ve designed a clear and fair return policy for a smooth resolution.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact.
Custom-made or tailored pieces are non-returnable due to the personalized nature of the order. However, we offer alteration support if needed.
Return Process
Request a Return
Email us at returns@saminicouture.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.Return Approval
Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return package. (Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.)Inspection & Resolution
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Custom orders or made-to-measure designs
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
Items returned without prior notification

Alteration & Adjustment Policy
For custom orders that require slight alterations (e.g., resizing, hemming), we offer affordable in-house alteration services. Simply contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
